Getting it there. Australia-wide Delivery

Our goal is to make innovative BBQ product available locally so we primarily ship within Australia but we will ship to New Zealand on request.

We offer a choice of Australia Post's Regular or Express Post Network for most of our deliveries.

Express Post is a next day delivery to most capital cities and major provincial centres and Regular parcel delivery should take from 3-6 business days.

We ship single branding irons in tough padded bags and boxed sets in strong corrugated boxes to protect your purchase and add a $5.00 Handling charge to cover the cost of materials and dispatch.

Shipping charges will be automatically added by PayPal as you go to the PayPal secure checkout.

Accidents do happen.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you should contact Australia Post directly but we will make enquiries at our end to see if we can help.

You should also notify us immediately (yummo@charcool.com) if your package does not arrive within 14 days or you receive products damaged in transit. Please provide a picture, if possible.

Want To Return A Product?

Sometimes it's hard to make a purchase without actually touching or seeing the product although we think ours are well described with details on all the things that count.

If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly refund you the total purchase value (not shipping and handling costs) once we've received the goods back.

To be fair, if you just change of mind, we expect you to pay the return shipping costs - we don't know how indecisive you can be!

Also we cannot refund the cost of personalised components such as gift boxes. While, we will refund the cost of the branding iron, the gift box will remain your property.So please think carefully before making your gift a "one of a kind".
